Any GOLF CART order, must be picked up at our location, or can be delivered locally.
If you'd like to order a cart, please call for delivery options and costs.

Parts orders can be shipped with appropriate charges as above.




Return Policy:



  • All items require a Return Authorization Number (Provided by a Customer Service Representative) and must be in like-new condition in their original packaging for the return process to be completed. Customer pays return shipping costs.
  • RMA number is valid for 30 days from date of issuance. Your return package must be received at our facility by the expiration date listed.
  • Special Order items may only be returned in the case of a manufacturer's defect. For assistance and warranty information, please contact our Customer Service Team at 1-716-675-4653.
  • No return on electrical & electronic items. Please be sure you are confident in your part order prior to placing it, when your parts are electrical-related.
  • GOLF CAR CITY, LLC is not liable for additional labor expenses that occur as the result of an incorrect or defective part.

How To Return an Item

  1. Please call our Customer Service Team at 1-716-675-4653 Monday - Thursday 9am to 5pm, Friday 9am - 3pm EST to request a Return Authorization Number.
  2. Securely pack the items to be returned, and clearly write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box. Parcels without an RMA number may be refused.
  3. Please ship the item back to the address provided by the Customer Service Representative. If you are returning an item due to shipping damage, a manufacturer's defect, or the item received is not what was ordered, you will be re-imbursed for shipping and a replacement part will be sent to you. For your protection, please use a shipping service that can be tracked such as registered USPS, Fedex or UPS. We cannot guarantee refunds for items sent via non-trackable means. We are unable to accept COD or freight-collect shipments.
  4. Once we have received and inspected your item, a refund or exchange (as requested) will be processed for all eligible returned items. Returned items must be in like-new condition and in their original packaging. We strive to process all returns within 5 business days, however during exceptionally busy periods this time-frame may increase slightly. Please allow for up to 14 business days for your return to be processed.
